The Lost Boys

We always check on the boys before going to bed ourselves and we often find them asleep on the floor nest to toys they have been playing with.

The other night we checked in on them and they were nowhere to be seen !
There was a duvet on the floor between their beds, so we guessed they were asleep under there.

Carol partially lifted the duvet up - no boys !

Then when she lifted it up totally this is what we saw.....



They had both crawled under Harry's bed and fallen asleep.
So I had to grab their ankles and drag them out and put them back
into bed.

Neither of them woke up during this process !

Again another month has passed between my blog entries, but I have been hard at work. I dug out a load of trees and bushes from the front garden that were all overgrown and way to big. Then I got a skip delivered, and dug out 3 tonnes of earth using just a spade !

Then we got 3 tonnes of gravel delivered and I had to get that spread out and raked flat, again by hand with just a spade and rake.

But it looks nice and clean now that I have also coated the fence

Another night and another weird sleeping position from Ben - how the hell is he asleep, not only is he stood up, but he has a toy van under his chest as well !



The boys playgroup sent all the children home the other month with either plant or flower seeds.

Harry got a Nestertium, which is growing well, but just green and a little boring to look at - at present.

But Ben got a Sunflower and it has grown amazingly quick, about a 1cm a day !

Eventually Carol transplanted them into the garden, here are a couple of photos of Ben's Sunflower.
