A load of balls
We went shopping in Basingstoke on Sunday and Carol spotted that Woolworths had a small ball pool and balls set for £6.99 - Well it had to be done really didn't it.
It is a small yellow inflatible pool with 100 balls. But when we filled it up the balls didn't really fill it at all. So I popped down to Tescos and bought a couple of their ball bags ( Behave !) and we now have a ball pool with 300 balls and two very happy little boys.
Harry & Ben played for hours, throwing balls out, throwing them back in. Laying on their backs kicking their legs. But by the end of the days they were knackered, as you can see from their tired little faces below:
By happy accident we found that the ball pool fits inside their play pen perfectly, Daddy can now have fives minutes peace and quiet outside of the lounge knowing that they are perfectly safe for a few minutes !

Oh Simon, it HAD to be done, they enjoyed the balls at MRO too much ;-) Good decision, they'll get hours of play outta this. I know I would... hmm, now let me see - do I have enough money left over to buy one of those for my new apartment? ;-)
